We’re searching for an efficient and organized dealership service receptionist to provide administrative and clerical support for our auto group. Our new team member will serve as a phone contact and greeter to our guests and exhibit excellent customer service skills in every interaction. Day-to-day responsibilities will include answering phones, outgoing calls to develop business from our existing customers, greeting customers in the service lane, and keeping car dealership operations running smoothly. This individual must also field complaints and questions in a friendly and professional manner, implement automotive group standards to streamline processes, schedule appointments, and help assist the check-in process. Compensation:
$13 - $15 hourly
Responsibilities:-
Direct incoming calls and customer complaints to the appropriate person in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with new car customers and increase auto group brand visibility by coordinating community events
- Boost auto group productivity by creating recordkeeping procedures for customer data filing systems
- Order office equipment and supplies, as needed
- Help oversee online and print marketing efforts by the auto group
- Improve front desk receptionist skill set through employee development and administrative support programs
- Post new appointments for service and help direct them to the correct service advisor

Act as the contact person for service appointments

Contact customers post repair to ensure they had a great experience and to offer incentives to them to engage future repairs

Make customers aware of recalls and other repairs needed for their vehicle
Qualifications:-
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and the ability to learn new programs quickly
- Displays strong time management skills and the ability to quickly and accurately complete detailed work
- Possesses excellent interpersonal communications skills and an enthusiasm for working with customers
