Job Overview:
Join our team as a Back of House Team Member and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our <Catering> and <Restaurant> services. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the overall efficiency of our kitchen operations.
Duties:
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
- Support the culinary team in various tasks as needed
- Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues in the <Dietary department> to ensure quality service
- Utilize knives and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Experience:
- Previous experience in a <Food service> setting is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team player mentality
- Experience in a <Culinary> role is a plus
