Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the VP/Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will lead the COFK Talent Acquisition function and team. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to create joy and inclusion in the healing process, support families, and help children achieve their potential. The VP/Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will lead, manage, and deliver all recruitment and orientation services and solutions. This role will focus on assessing, monitoring, and evaluating talent acquisition team members, policies, processes, tools, techniques, and technology needed to deliver recruitment goals and objectives. It will also focus on optimizing the candidate experience and performance metrics. The VP/Senior Director of Talent Acquisition will actively engage with cross-functional peers to align priorities, create focus, and pragmatically organize resources to produce recruiting results.
Responsibilities:
* Assess the current state of the talent acquisition function, including people, processes, policies, tools, techniques, and technology.
* Design, develop, and execute the enterprise talent acquisition strategy and service delivery model, focusing on optimizing the candidate experience and increasing organizational capacity and capability.
* Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team in building scalable models for sourcing and recruiting, both high-quality and high-volume, that enable client focus and service at scale, delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and implement best practices to drive productivity and efficiency within the Talent Acquisition team.
* Lead, manage, and motivate the talent acquisition team to set priorities, assign accountabilities, and create a culture of accountability and performance through operational efficiencies, assessment, and enhancement of ongoing performance.
* Collaborate internally across the enterprise, maintaining an external focus on best practices, regulatory requirements, and the competitive environment.
* Manage relationships with external vendors for recruitment advertising, including but not limited to digital marketing, social media platforms, and career fair participation.
* Manage agency relationships, contract negotiations, and service delivery based on established service level agreements and performance metrics, continually reviewing and managing vendor performance.
* Measure and monitor talent acquisition KPIs to identify areas for improvement and work collaboratively with HR.
* Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel, and HR database experience.
* A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a similar field (Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Communications) from an accredited four-year college is required.
* 10+ years of talent acquisition experience.
* 5+ years of leadership experience in talent acquisition.
* Knowledge and experience with Applicant Tracking and Human Resources Information Systems are preferred.

Pay: $145,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
