Job Openings:1. Elementary and Middle School Math Teacher
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging math lessons aligned with state standards for elementary and middle school students.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to support students’ diverse learning needs.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction as needed to ensure academic growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support student achievement and school initiatives.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in math education.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification in the state of Maryland.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage with a diverse student body.
2. Special Education Teacher (Inclusion Setting) for Middle School
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction and support to middle school students with diverse learning needs in an inclusion setting.
- Co-teach and collaborate with general education teachers to adapt and modify curriculum and instruction.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs and goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes all students' academic and social development.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to remain current with special education best practices and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid special education teaching certification in the state of Maryland.
- Experience working with middle school students in an inclusion setting.
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.

Pay: $43,050.21 - $51,845.42 per year
