As a senior media buyer, you’ll be responsible for managing direct response campaigns on Facebook ads and Google ads for clients in the Financial Services verticals. You will also be optimising and managing the agency ads. You will set up, test, analyse and optimise Facebook, Instagram, and Google campaigns. You will be responsible for leading the team of two junior media buyers. This is a full-time position with plenty of growth opportunities.

Duties
Oversee the development, management, and implementation of the company’s marketing program.
Manage client ad campaigns, ensuring the junior media buyers are optimising the accounts on a weekly basis.
Implement new creative ideas, creatives, audiences, etc. improving the current ad campaigns for clients and for Vroom Media.
Represent the company with the highest level of integrity, character, professionalism, and ethics.
Mentor and oversee the marketing team ensuring all client accounts are within KPI’s and coordinate daily activities.
Research and develop marketing and advertising strategies that drive traffic to sales centres, websites, and social media channels.
Undertake competitive analysis and stay current with industry trends and innovations.
Track, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of on-going advertising campaign metrics.
Qualifications:
Three (3) or more years of experience in marketing with at least one (1) year in a supervisory role preferred.
English speaker and excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
Experience in Facebook marketing, Google ads campaign, direct response marketing, or lead generation is a must
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
Experience in copywriting is a plus
Experience in creative strategy is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
