Countryside Landscaping is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join the team. This is an amazing opportunity for individuals seeking to establish a career with a growing organization.
We offer a work environment based on collaboration, empowerment, and core values. This is a full-time position Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm with a competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000k based on experience, including benefits such as healthcare, IRA plan and winter break.
The day-to-day responsibilities of the Office Manager include:
- Complete accounting and bookkeeping work including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll through a 3 party administrator, basic credit card, bank reconciliations and financial reports and receipt coding;
- Supporting our clients by answering phones, addressing questions and concerns, scheduling irrigation service calls;
- Create reports using Single Ops;
- Qualifying incoming lead calls to build relationships with prospects and schedule sales calls;
- Creating and implementing processes to support the efficient approach to office administration;
- Leveraging industry technology to create estimates for the sales team member;
- Keeping detailed records and organized files;
- Assisting with any other administrative and office duties as they arise.
Our ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of experience as an office manager, office administrator, or similar role;
- QuickBooks Desktop experience required;
- Receipt coding experience required;
- Experience using Google Suites and Excel;
- Experience in the landscaping industry or a similar field preferred;
- Technology savvy with the ability to conduct accounting functions across multiple platforms.
