Summary:
- The Order Entry Associate executes the process fulfillment of orders in a timely manner, manages customer service discrepancies, and coordinates with team members to complete exceptional satisfaction. The team member plays a key role in ensuring that orders are being entered efficiently, providing a positive and welcoming impression to customers, stakeholders, and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail when entering orders.
- Ensuring that customer order specifications are accurately reflected into the system.
- Manage and resolve orders discrepancies or issues.
- Processing rush orders or urgent customer requests.
- Handling high volumes of orders and meeting tight deadlines.
- Resolving order-related customer complaints or inquiries.
- Coordinating with business development and customer service team members to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Effective communication with customers regarding order status, delivery times, and other related information.
- Problem solving with backorders and prioritizing order fulfillment.
- Managing returns and processing order cancellations.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as business development, shop team members, to resolve order-related issues.
- Ensuring processes align with customer satisfaction goals and service level agreements.

- Proficient in all Microsoft 0365 Applications.

Education and Experience:
- Experience with SAGE ERP or other Order Entry Software Preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Order Entry/Order Fulfillment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Experience/Service.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
