We are presently seeking a seasonal Accounting/Purchasing Clerk at our Executive Office.
This role is ideal for a high school graduate who is organized, enjoys working in a team, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office Software, particularly Excel, and will be involved in various accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities include conducting inventory checks on Fixed Assets. Entering journal entries and managing basic bookkeeping tasks. Assisting in the reconciliation of accounts. Providing support for Account Payable and Receivable processes as needed.
