We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to guide customers through our referral and onboarding process. By doing so, this representative will connect them with the employee who is right for them and can provide them with professional, compassionate, individualized in-home care services in accordance with our policies and procedures. This position will require some prior background with the Intellectually/Developmentally Disabled community.
DUTIES
- Manages schedule and phone calls as needed.
- Verifies and updates current Customers’ contact information.
- Connects with customer to follow up on contract progress and follow-up.
- Assesses the match between customers with the appropriate employee who can provide them with professional, compassionate, individualized in-home care.
- Conducts customer interviews in order to best gauge what the customer is looking for.
- Conducts Abuse and Incident reporting processes when necessary and keeps Leadership Informed.
- Act as a liaison between the Customer and the agency.
- Provide timely responses to Customer or Staff requests.
- Promotes and answers questions in regards to Thrive Services' attendant care.
- Works in conjunction with our Contracts department, HR department, and management to bring referrals to fruition as full customers.
- Intervene, stabilize, and manage acute crisis situations and keep the Leadership Informed.
- Handles all return calls/voicemails or SMS regarding the Referrals department.
- Registers activities in the Customer’s profile.
