Executive Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Executive Assistant to provide amazing administrative, styling appointment, and personal support to our Founder/CEO. As the Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our Founder/CEO’s schedule by assisting with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities across various departments. You will be her right-hand person! We’re a small but growing team - your ability to adapt, multitask, anticipate needs, and maintain a high level of professionalism will be vital to your success in this position.

Key Executive Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support Founder/CEO during styling appointments and assist with “shopping.”
- Attend and stand in for Founder/CEO at events/functions in the Chicago area.
- Perform calendar management and schedule meetings, interviews, events, etc.
- Ensure shipments are on-time and products delivered as scheduled and ordered.
- Book travel, accommodations, and other logistics related needs.
- Contact, coordinate, and liaise with industry vendors.
- Maintain and organize Founder/CEO’s email inbox.
- Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Manage all internal and external communications on behalf of Founder/CEO.
- Oversee special projects and research.
- Other duties and tasks as delegated.
Executive Assistant Qualifications:
- Reside in the Chicago, Illinois area.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, fashion, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the fashion (or related) industry.
- Knowledge of personal styling, fashion industry, trends, brands, and/or market dynamics.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Self-motivated with ability to take direction well and execute tasks with minimal oversight.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive and energetic approach to addressing challenges.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
