Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive care to children in a safe and supportive environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage children
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare setting
- Monitor and ensure the safety of all children under your care
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- 2 years experience in infant, toddler or preschool care is REQUIRED.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively
- Strong classroom management skills
- Background in special education is a plus
- Excellent caregiving abilities
