Summary:
This is not a Remote position. Position is in person in Shelby Township, Michigan offices. Position requires extensive experience selling production components to Stellantis. No Relocation package is offered. No Visa sponsorship is offered.
Account Manager position will be responsible for managing current business, targeting new business, enhancing profitability, and managing overall customer satisfaction at both OEM and Tier accounts.

The Position
The Account Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the business with customer(s).

Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit customers and develop positive relationships with key contacts at account site(s).
- Network within customer organizations to create awareness of Company's products, capabilities, and resources.
- Prepare and present customer proposals to decision-makers in customer Purchasing and Engineering roles.
- Provide voice of the customer feedback to the organization.
- Manage all commercial aspects of current business programs to ensure all customer requirements and milestones are met.
- Identify, Target, and Secure new business opportunities that result in a request for quotation.
- Enhance company profitability by proactively addressing all commercial issues.
- Manage overall customer satisfaction by being the primary liaison between Company and the Customer.
- Execute Sales strategy while achieving personal KPI's.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education/Experience:
- BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering. MBA would be a plus.
- 5 or more years of related work experience in a combination of Automotive Engineering, Sales, and Program Management roles. Preferably in the same product areas. Preferably calling on Stellantis.
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Other Requirements:
- Effective communicator via written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter and able to work independently.
- Automotive industry knowledge and passion, successful experience working in a face paced, collaborative, complex team environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
