The Director of Operations and Finance will leverage their expertise to enhance operational efficiencies and optimize costs. Through strategic thinking and a background in operations and finance management, this position will be instrumental in driving process improvement and supporting our company’s overall growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes in the warehouse and deployment functions.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
Customer Success:
- Develop and lead a customer success team to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
- Implement strategies to improve customer onboarding, support, and overall experience.
- Work closely with sales and product teams to align customer success initiatives with business goals.
Financial Management:
- Collaborate with our accounting firm and internal HQ finance department to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.
- Provide basic financial support, including budgeting, pricing, and margin analysis.
- Manage cash flow and financial planning.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of operations and finance professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to align operations and finance with overall business goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
Strategic Planning:
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and investments.
- Support the development and execution of the company’s growth strategy.
ERP System Upgrade:
- Serve as a key stakeholder in transitioning to an enhanced ERP system, collaborating with IT and other departments to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in operations and financial management, preferably in the technology or payment solutions industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with international teams, particularly in an Asia-based HQ environment, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
