Position Overview: We're in search of a seasoned Customer Service Manager to join us, someone who will be instrumental in guaranteeing our clients experience top-tier service and support. This role involves supervising both our client relations department and call center, and working closely with other departments to maintain our commitment to exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the client relations and call center departments.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Handle escalated customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide training for employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administrations, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in customer service management, preferably in the healthcare or home care industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Pass state-required background checks
