Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Driver/Maintenance Technician to join our team.As a driver you will take the residents of the assisted living community to their doctor's appointments and on activities outings. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. Responsibilities:
- Perform carpet cleaning, painting of rooms, and a variety of maintenance tasks in the community.
- Drive residents to their doctors apointments.
-Drive resdients to scheduled activities events in the community.
- Complete work orders for repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times
- Assist with facility improvements and renovations as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to optimize maintenance processes
Skills:
- Proficiency in load unload, shuttle driving.
-Excellent customer service and a kind caring heart.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with colleagues
