Rhinehart Equipment is seeking an experienced Equipment Rental Sales Manager to join our team! The manager will be directly responsible for working with current and potential customers in renting Bobcat heavy equipment. This person will have extensive knowledge of all equipment in the rental fleet and will be actively involved in all aspects of the rental process, including preparing rental agreements to the return and inspection of the equipment. The position will interact with the company’s various departments including Sales, Service, and Shipping.

As an Equipment Rental Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their equipment needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall efficiency of our rental operations.
In this position, you will utilize your organizational skills to manage rental agreements, maintain inventory control, and coordinate equipment logistics. Your technical sales experience will be an asset as you provide knowledgeable recommendations to customers on equipment selection and usage.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who can effectively handle customer inquiries, process rental agreements accurately, and maintain proper documentation. Time management is key in this role as you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Duties:
- Answer Phone
- Assist customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs
- Provide information and recommendations on equipment usage and safety guidelines
- Process rental agreements and ensure accurate documentation
- Inspect and maintain rental equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety standards
- Maintain inventory control and track equipment availability
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups
- Make cold calls and Collaborate with the sales team to promote equipment rental
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
