Job Summary:
Responsible for all facets of Technimark’s sales and account management strategy for both assigned accounts and identified new business prospects.
Knowledge | Experience | Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Computer proficiency. Strong customer orientation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills.
Technical skills in strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning and promotions/ advertising.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and business levels on a global basis.
- Responsible for securing new business opportunities within the assigned account base and with new strategic clients. The primary focus is building business that leverages all of Technimark’s turnkey resources (design-commercialization) and then manufactures products utilizing our global platform.
- Develop a strategic sales and account management plan for all assigned accounts and new business/market opportunities.
- Identify prospective new accounts with Technimark’s primary growth markets. Solicit the appropriate contact personnel within the organization to develop a long-term strategic relationship to market Technimark’s products and services.
- Work closely with all functional areas within Technimark, including: executive leadership, automation/decoration, tooling, manufacturing, raw materials and project management to facilitate, lead and ultimately prepare solution based proposals which satisfy the customer’s technical and commercial needs.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings as required and be prepared with meaningful contributions to help the company prepare budgets, forecasts, as well as tactical and strategic plans.
- Notify the Sales Pipeline with program/sales updates.
- Monitor and improve overall client and prospect satisfaction. Formulate solutions and action plans based on specific feedback.
- Responsible for managing and overseeing all client related projects; providing regular updates and recommendations to the executive leadership.
- Facilitate and lead kick-off meetings for each new project where schedules, action items, etc. are communicated. Responsible for communicating the “Voice of the Customer” and specific program requirements to Technimark’s internal team and then follow through to ensure we are meeting expectations both internally and with our clients.
