The DoubleTree by Hilton at Atlantic Beach is seeking friendly, energetic, dependable, and productive Guest Service Agents to join our team at the Front Desk.

Responsibilities
Guest Service Agents perform a combination of duties to include greeting guests, registering and assigning rooms, issuing room keys, posting charges, and assisting other team members and departments in ensuring the ultimate guest experience. Guest Service Agents are also responsible for answering inquiries pertaining to hotel services, local events, dining, travel directions, etc. and diffusing/resolving guest complaints within the scope of their authority.
Skills and Specifications
The right candidate will be friendly and outgoing and will enjoy the company of all people. He/She will have excellent interpersonal skills, will be organized and accountable, and flexible. Candidates must be able to perform well under pressure and must maintain a professional manner with guests, employees and managers.

Guest Service agents new to the DoubleTree Hotel can expect a fast paced, friendly and fun environment supported by management. Candidates must have a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
