We are looking for a motivated office manager to join our team in West Hollywood. The individual will be responsible for making sure that the office is organized and running smoothly. They will gain first-hand experience in the Los Angeles permitting process on ground-up buildings of various product types. This candidate will work with the operations manager to maintain an orderly office environment, filing and organizing operative documents as well as working with the director of development to learn about the permitting process in the City of Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Make sure the office is organized and running smoothly
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
- Scan and file documents, distribute scanned documents through Dropbox system
- Maintain the overall office calendar, and calendar/schedules of principals
- General Clerical tasks
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Must possess and eye for detail, strong time management skills and ability to work within deadlines
- Must be comfortable in a support role and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision. A self starter.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
