Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and therapy services to our patients. The Therapist will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional patient care and will be knowledgeable in the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify and address specific mental health or behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies and techniques.
- Provide therapy services to patients in a group or individual setting, including but not limited to Christian counseling and applied behavior analysis.
- Document patient care and therapy sessions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and case management.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on therapy techniques and provide support and resources to promote overall well-being.
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- A current license to practice as a Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Christian counseling and applied behavior analysis.
- Proficiency in medical records and documentation.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience in patient care and case management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to staying current with industry developments and best practices.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
