3rd Shift (11pm-7am) Position available
JOB SUMMARY:
Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines and equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONISIBILITIES:
1. Ability to troubleshoot process equipment breakdowns - both mechanical and electrical as well as PLC related.
2. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings / blue prints, electrical drawings and ladder logic.
3. Must be familiar with pneumatic and hydraulic circuits.
4. Ability to operate machine shop equipment such as lathe, drill press, grinding wheel, welding is highly desirable.
5. Must be familiar with the use of hand tools such as drilling machine, hand grinder and regular tools (wrenches, screw drivers...etc).
6. Must be familiar with the use of electrical measuring devices such as a volt / amp multi-meter, clamp meter...etc.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and Five (5) years’ experience in a manufacturing process environment such as film lamination or printing.
2. Or an Associate Degree from a Technical College and Three (3) years experience in a manufacturing process environment such as film lamination or printing.
3. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be familiar with the use of hand tools such as drilling machine, hand grinder and regular tools (wrenches, screw drivers...etc).
2. Must be familiar with the use of electrical measuring devices such as a volt / amp multi-meter, clamp meter...etc.
TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT USED:
(Examples: list different types of office equipment, software, mainframe computer, PC, etc.)
