As a Busser/Food Runner at Phase Three Brewing Company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our customers.
Responsibilities Include:
Table Setup and Maintenance: Assist in setting up tables, clearing and resetting them, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area throughout service. This includes removing dirty dishes and utensils, refilling water glasses, and maintaining cleanliness.
Collaborating with the Team: You will work closely with the serving staff, kitchen team, and bartenders to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of food and drinks. Effective communication and teamwork are essential for this role.
Ensuring Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or issues that arise. Strive to create a positive dining experience and ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Following Food Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean working environment. Proper handling and transportation of food items are crucial.
Assisting Guests: Provide friendly and attentive service to guests by answering questions, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns they may have. Be knowledgeable about the menu and the taproom's offerings.
Compensation + Benefits:

In addition to bussing, food running will also be a part of this position when a food runner is not available. Food running responsibilities include delivering food from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the accuracy and quality, plating of each order and item leaving the kitchen.
