Thermatool’s service team is the best of the best. We are seeking exceptional technicians to join our esteemed team to help keep our state-of-the-art equipment working at peak capacity for our customers. Your job will include traveling to customer locations to solve a wide range or problems, from simple start-ups and basic wiring issues to complicated integrated electrical and mechanical challenges. We need a candidate who’s familiar with schematics and interconnects, and proficient with meters and oscilloscopes to capture PC Board readings. We need a candidate who will aggressively meet problems head-on, persist until completion, and communicate findings back to headquarters; all while carrying the professional demeanor of an employee of a world class company.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or GED equivalent
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
Ideal skill set:
- Available for travel 50-100% of the time
- Deep familiarity with electrical/mechanical equipment
- Highly adept with schematics and electrical troubleshooting
- Well practiced with Oscilloscopes and Multimeters
- Mindful of machine design and integration engineering
- Hydraulics
- Lubrication systems
- Drives and PLCs
- Strong Written and Verbal communication skills; able to present reports, findings, and solutions to engineering, management, and executive team members
