This position is responsible for performing routine administrative/clerical and organizational tasks that effectively support front office operations with respect to the company's onboarding process for new hires, training administration, data organization and entry. Looking for someone dependable that can come in and learn our process with ease and own this role. Maturity and experience is key.
- Need someone that can hit the ground running; must be experienced with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) - this is not a beginner/entry level position.
- Due to the nature of this position must have high accuracy with data entry.
- There is room to grow and own some processes. Our current group is small and lean and we want to add to this high functioning group. Everyone in the group pulls their weight in quantity and quality of work.
Ideal candidate will be punctual, reliable, a team player, possess good attitude, be a fast learner, jack of all trades, willing to take on new challenges and expand skill set.
Former experienced legal admins/secretaries, accounting/executive assistants that worked in fast-paced environments possess ideal skill set to pick up and run here and thrive in a professional yet personable construction culture. Business casual (or professional if you want). You don't need to have been in the construction industry to apply, we need someone with office experience and skills to add to group.

Education/Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with administrative support experience; OR
- Associates degree and two years minimum administrative support experience; OR
- High School diploma with minimum four years administrative support experience.
Requirements/Skills:
- Strong computer capabilities in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience and comfortable with researching and resolving problems.
- Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass drug & background screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have a valid Driver’s Licenses in good standing and reliable transportation to work.
Physical Requirements:
- Walk/stand/sit in office setting
- See objects within normal range
- Listen within normal range
- Understand speech of another person
- Speak clearly so listeners can understand
- Sit/stand for periods at time for documentation work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Accounts Payable: 2 years (Preferred)

- Spectrum (for AP): 1 year (Preferred)
- iCIMS (for Onboarding): 1 year (Preferred)
