Position: Primary Care Physician-Internal Medicine/Adult Family Medicine
Location: Broadway Medical Clinic, Located in the Heart of NE Portland
About Us: Our primary care practice is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. We believe in building strong relationships with our patients, empowering them to take control of their health and well-being. Our team consists of experienced healthcare professionals who are dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. Additionally, our providers are staffed with tremendous support. You will have your own MA, an RN shared with one other provider, and a patient coordinator shared between you and 2-3 other providers depending upon panel size.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, emphasizing patient education and shared decision-making.
- Conduct thorough assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and make appropriate referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using our electronic health record system.
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Compensation: For full-time status, we use a baseline definition of 4 days per week from 8:30 am-5 pm
plus 1 rotating Saturday (8 am-12pm) every 4-6 weeks. Salary range is guaranteed at $245,000 with ability to hit $300,000 with incentive production bonus. Base salary is adjusted based on contracted hours accordingly.
We are currently offering a $40,000 sign on bonus, paid out incrementally.

- Reasonable Professional Association Dues Paid
- 3 weeks of vacation (based on days worked)
- 1 week of paid sick leave (based on days worked)
- 2 weeks allowed for CMEs (based on days worked)
- $3,500 CME expenses allowed annually
- Malpractice “claims made” at $2M/$6M.
- Up-to-date online resource paid
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
