Duties & Responsibilities:

Wash all wares in the dishwashing machine or by hand.

Store all dishes and other wares in proper areas.

Clean dish areas and kitchen after each meal period.

Collect trash from kitchen areas.

Clean and maintain equipment and areas related to the kitchen or designated by the Leadership Team.

Keep sufficient supply of china, silverware, trays, cups, and glasses during service periods.

Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workspace.
-
Other job-related duties, as assigned.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
