JHelmet House is the leading U.S. distributor of helmets and apparel in the Motorcycle and Powersports industry. We are in search of a Product Manager for our Merchandising Department that will work closely with our customers at the retail level.
Our Company was founded in 1969 and has its headquarters and a distribution center in Calabasas Hills, CA along with an eastern distribution point in Southaven, MS. Our digital marketing team is located in Lake Oswego, OR. For decades Helmet House has supplied Powersports Dealers across the U.S. with two of the world’s top helmet brands. Helmet House is the exclusive US supplier for SHOEI Helmets, Sidi boots, Kriega, and Fasthouse, while also distributing Alpinestars, 100%, Molecule, Pinlock, Cardo and Sena to motorcycle dealerships in the United States. The Tourmaster, Cortech, and NORU motorcycle apparel brands are manufactured and marketed directly by Helmet House. The premium brands we carry represent our commitment to the motorcycle industry and our dealer partners.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time in-office position at the Calabasas Hills, CA Headquarters.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· A deep understanding of the Motorcycle industry with strong knowledge of product lines
· Work with the Merchandising and Product teams to manage inventory and assortment
· Work with dealer partners on local trends and needs
· Work with local sales team on execution
· Is an effective presenter to internal and external audiences, key accounts, senior leadership, etc. Able to handle objections and deliver competent and convincing messages.
EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS
· At least 3 years of retail experience
· 1+ years working in the parts department at a dealer
· Excellent communication skills required
· Requires high level of initiative and attention to detail
· Proficient with MS 365 Environment with intermediate Excel skills
· 10% travel
