Job Position: Outside Sales Representative
Position Description: This position is responsible for facilitating new customer development. Servicing customers by selling products and services. Meeting customer needs.

Position Requirements:
Education: College Degree Preferred or Equivalent Experience
Experience: Proven Track Record in a Sales Setting. Relevance to B2B Sales in Transportation and Construction Preferred
Physical Demands: Driving, entering construction sites, navigating uneven ground
Hours: The Customer Service/ Sales office is open from 6:00 am until 5:00 pm. Must have flexibility to work 8 hours per day during this time frame, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend work.
Duties/Tasks:
- Obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the changing specifics of the industry.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customer.
- Uncover immediate needs to target market through leads and follow ups, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth.
- Use CRM accurately and efficiently; keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.
- Identify and attend key conferences, associations, and trade shows to increase company visibility and business opportunities.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Strong communicator with ability to problem solve.
