Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Collaborate with gym owners to design and implement group training workouts and plan each session.

Group Training: Lead and instruct engaging and effective group training classes.

Personal Training: Develop personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs and goals.

Client Management: Run specialized programs within the gym and manage a roster of private coaching clients.

Floor Work: Walk the floor to assist clients, maintain equipment, enforce gym etiquette, and ensure a clean and safe workout environment.

Sales Assistance: Support gym membership and program sales, providing potential clients with information and encouragement.

Additional Compensation: Opportunity to earn extra compensation through group training sessions.

Assist Studio Owners and Team as needed to maximize class utilization and retain current members
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the fitness industry.

Proven experience in coaching group training classes and personal training.

Passionate about fitness and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to create and deliver structured, goal-oriented fitness programs.

Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, etc.) is preferred.

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting weights and equipment.

- Competitive base pay with increased hourly rate during group class hours beginning after probational period.
