Jim’s Formal Wear LLC (“JFW”) is seeking a talented customer service representative in its Lithia Springs, Georgia distribution center.
Established in 1964, JFW is the world’s largest wholesaler of men’s rental formalwear. JFW’s customer base consists of approximately 5,000 independently-owned retailers, as well as national chains that operate hundreds of additional stores. These stores are serviced by over 450 JFW team members that operate out of seven regional distribution centers.
The Customer Service Representative reports to the Customer Service Director and the Regional Director. Desirable characteristics of the successful candidate include communicating well with customers through multi-channels, providing information and explaining Jim’s Formal Wear products and services. Representatives accept and enter orders, while also addressing questions about and resolving issues with our products, policies, or shipments. Duties include:
Converting inquiries into rentals.
Actively listening and comprehending messages.
Communicating effectively and conveying information and ideas.
Reading, understanding, and responding to information presented in writing.
Proficiency in using computers and other office equipment.
Bi-lingual skills
Qualifications:
Available to work 32-40 hours/week, including some evenings and some Saturdays, as well as seasonal overtime
Three to five years service industry experience
High school diploma or equivalent
One year Shift/Team Lead experience - preferred
Bi-lingual skills in Spanish - preferred
