Description:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our rapidly growing sales team in the Bridgewater/Raritan area. This person will work closely with the VP and sales team to increase profitability by creating new leads and contract renewals.
The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, able to cultivate an exceptional internal and external customer-focused experience, with a high level of professionalism coupled with the drive to achieve sales goals.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in qualifying sales leads and prepare them for the Sales Manager to distribute

Provide administrative sales support including but not limited to preparing proposals, lease agreements, correspondence, presentations

Utilize Salesforce.com to build proficiency with sales forecasting and customer management

Communicating with property managers and customers
-
Manage contract renewal lists and distribute reports to Sales Manager and management to maintain profitability

Assist in location based market analysis based on specific criteria

Manage calendars, follow-ups and inquiries
