Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or an IT related major, or an equivalent combination of education
10+ years of job-related experience.
Deep expertise with Microsoft Power BI including data flow design, visualizations and solution architecture
Skilled in writing complex DAX formulas
Skilled in visual story telling
Experienced in applying Row Level Security in Power BI reports
Proven expertise of data warehousing, star-schema and dimensional modeling (Kimball)
Proficient in Microsoft T-SQL, Power BI, Databricks and Azure DevOps
Experienced in integrating different Power BI data sources like Rest API, Data Lake, SQL Server, etc.
Experience in mentoring multi-national developers
Ability to break down business challenges, recommend solutions, plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
Ability to work virtually in an agile Scrum Team
Ability to comprehend application-related concepts with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical thinking
Experience in financial and/or professional services industry preferred.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $107,000 to $177,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
