Your Role
As a Diesel Maintenance Parts Specialist at Encore Fleet Services, you play a crucial role in ensuring our Service department runs smoothly. You will manage our parts inventory, support prompt delivery to Diesel Technicians and other departments, and assist in assembling parts for major service tasks related to coach repairs. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our high standards of performance and luxury.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Keep track of parts inventory using our fleet maintenance system, ensuring we have the right parts on hand.
- Parts Delivery: Pick up and deliver parts to Diesel Technicians and supporting departments promptly, minimizing downtime.
- Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Service department to understand their needs and ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming parts to ensure they meet specifications before distribution.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of parts transactions, assembly creation, and service tasks within the fleet maintenance system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the service department to ensure parts and assemblies are available as needed for repair tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Basic understanding of automotive parts and maintenance
Preferred Requirements (+Plus)
- Basic understanding of diesel parts or heavy-duty equipment
- Experience working with diesel engines or heavy duty equipment is a huge plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
