Required Skills:
- Experience supervising/leading an internal project team in the development of Construction Documents for site development.
- Work Independently on challenging technical assignments.

- Build and maintain an effective working relationship with clients, regulators, contractors or other stakeholders at their office or project site to discuss the work.
- Experience coordinating drawings and design with outside consultants including Architects/Owners/Engineers.
- Strong organizational, technical, and communications skills.
- Commitment to working efficiently to complete tasks within allotted schedule constraints.
- Provide guidance to junior engineering staff.
- Perform work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with minimal to moderate supervision.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Proficient in Hydro CAD, Storm CAD and SWWM (or similar) stormwater modeling programs.
- Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Google Apps.
Minimum Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET/EAC accredited program required.
- 8+ years of applicable industry experience.
- Experience with Site Grading, Earthwork Calculations, Road Design, Drainage (Calculations & Reports), Utility Layout & Sizing, Technical Report Writing, review and preparation of Technical Specifications, and cost estimating.
- Construction Documentation experience on State, Federal, Private (Commercial, Institutional, and Residential) projects
- Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) required.
- Must be able to obtain a security clearance from the U.S. Government.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
