As a key member of our team, the Scheduling Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient patient service delivery and overall patient care coordinating office productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the scheduling center.
- Develop and implement efficient scheduling procedures to optimize patient flow.
- Coordinate patient appointments and ensure timely scheduling of procedures and consultations.
- Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure smooth patient transitions and continuity of care.
- Monitor scheduling metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor scheduling staff to maintain high standards of patient service.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage scheduling operations to optimize provider schedules and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate with administrative staff to ensure seamless patient flow and timely appointments.
- Utilize EMR office systems to maintain accurate scheduling records.
- Verify financial records, collect patient charges, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to anticipate scheduling difficulties and implement effective solutions.
