Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Four days a week, 10-hour shifts with one rotating day off a week. Rotating on-call duties every other weekend.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hour
Location: Orlando, Brandon, Tampa (travel between required)

Position Overview: Quest, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper upkeep of facilities and equipment. This role involves conducting inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks across various systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, appliance/equipment installation and maintenance, construction, and minor automotive repairs.
- Independently coordinate, prioritize, and complete work orders and special projects in a cost-efficient manner.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to maintain positive relationships with staff and management.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs during nights and weekends.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks at various locations, including HVAC systems, septic and water systems, and vehicle maintenance.
- Handle minor repairs and troubleshooting of company vehicles, including transportation of vehicles as needed.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors and subcontractors.
- Move, assemble, and disassemble furniture, equipment, and appliances.
- Repair and maintain all tools and equipment.
- Ensure that projects are completed thoroughly and that work areas are clean before leaving any facility.
- Manage electronic work orders and document completion in a computer database.
- Attend training programs for certification as directed by the Director of Maintenance and Fleet.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
- Florida Driver’s License in good standing.
- HVAC certification highly preferred.
- Groundskeeper or related experience required.
- Able to work in the U.S. and not require visa sponsorship.
- Read, write, and understand directions in English.
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
