Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Superintendent to join our team. The General Superintendent will oversee all field operations for our civil construction projects in the renewable energy sector. This role requires extensive travel to project sites across the Southwest and beyond to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety regulations
- Hire, train, and manage field crew members for various projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve project goals
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues promptly
- Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship
- Oversee equipment and material logistics to ensure timely delivery and utilization
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Extensive knowledge of renewable energy construction practices and standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in construction management software and tools
- Commitment to safety and quality
- Willingness to travel extensively to various project sites

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
