Who You Are:
An ambitious, compassionate caregiver. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A minimum of 6 months of experience in an assisted living and/or memory care/dementia community is preferred. A valid CPR/First Aid certification is preferred, but not required.

Summary/Objective:
As a Care Partner at Inspired Living at Lakewood Ranch, you will not only provide routine care but also lead engaging activities designed to enhance the well-being of our residents. Your role is vital in creating a vibrant community where residents feel valued and excited about each day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage Residents in Activities: Organize and lead a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, music sessions, exercise classes, and social events to stimulate residents’ physical, emotional, and cognitive health.
- Personalized Care: Provide compassionate care tailored to each resident’s needs, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Health & Wellness Director, Executive Director, and other team members to deliver the highest quality care.
- Customer Service Excellence: Interact with leadership, families, vendors, guests, and other associates while displaying exceptional professionalism and warmth.
Physical Demands:
The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. You must frequently lift or move objects and patients weighing over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
The noise level is moderate to quiet. You may be exposed to bodily functions and infectious waste, diseases, odors, and other situations associated with health care. Safety conditions will fluctuate, so you must be able to work in an environment conducive to caring for residents without posing a substantial safety or health threat to yourself or others.
