PANDORA Jewelers is seeking individuals who are friendly, energetic, customer-service oriented and who work well in a fast-paced environment to join our Water Tower Team! The Management Associate assists the general store manager and assistant manager with store operations, inventory, sales staff training, customer concern resolution, and team motivation. Management experience is required for this position. We provide extensive training and the opportunity for personal growth. Full-time, entry-level management positions available.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Utilize the PANDORA Selling Conversation
- Build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Ability to meet personal and company sales goals through sales techniques and training.
- Ability to train other associates to help them meet their sales goals.
- Must be detail oriented and security conscious.
- Must have creative thinking and strong communication skills.
- Must have a positive attitude and have leadership skills.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, campaigns, and product.
- Willingness and flexibility with weekend, night and holiday hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Minimum of 1 year in management or key holder responsibility
COMPENSATION:
- We offer hourly + competitive commission, incentives, health insurance benefits, vacation time and employee discount. Hourly rate ranges from $18-$21+ per hour with commissions and bonuses
