We are looking for a Digital Marketer with experience in social media activities who can raise the profile of the Company through the development of active marketing strategies and communication programs in line with business objectives. Your knowledge of digital marketing will influence developments within our complete package of websites and you will manage the design, production, and maintenance of all business literature. The position will require determination and the ability to organize a schedule to promote the range of products that we have available.
Responsibilities Include:
- Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products
- Execute projects with the team to create content
- Contribute to creative marketing campaigns across social media, website, email, etc.
- Monitor project status
- Assist in analyzing marketing data to shape future strategies
- Create growth and analytics reports
- Work with outside vendors as needed
- Coordinate with restaurant management teams for campaign management
- Innovate, oversee, and manage social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google)
- Forecast trends and create trendy captions/ideas for social media
- Manage and approve paid social media campaigns
- Write and edit copy for multiple platforms (social media, website, newsletters)
- Stay up to date with social media trends, especially in the food & beverage industry
- Create market research PowerPoints and infographics
- Design collateral, infographics, PowerPoint decks, flyers, videos, etc.
- Shoot and edit photos and videos of products/events
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Hold weekly meetings with restaurant managers to discuss marketing objectives
- Perform other related administrative responsibilities
Digital Marketer Qualifications/Skills:
- Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite), and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
- Knowledge of web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Self-motivated yet customer-focused
- Food & Beverage industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
