The Pavilion at Mainland is a brand new wedding & event venue located in Harleysville PA. Our maximum capacity is 170 for weddings, up to 200 without a dance floor.
**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Banquet Manager to oversee our banquet operations and ensure the seamless execution of events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, catering, and hospitality.
**Duties:**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all banquet events
- Manage banquet staff, including servers, bartenders, and support staff
- Ensure high-quality food service and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus and ensure food presentation meets standards
- Oversee event setup, including decor, seating arrangements, and audiovisual equipment
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of food handling, catering, and fine dining service
- Excellent team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency in food service management practices
- Previous experience in a hotel banquet or country club setting is a plus

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
