**Overview:**
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in restoration reception, possess excellent phone etiquette, and be proficient in office management tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Transcribe messages accurately
- Provide customer support with inquiries or issues
- Assist with office management duties as needed
- Handle front desk operations efficiently
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general clerical tasks
**Qualifications:**
- Bilingual
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of Google Suite or similar software
- Experience as a restoration receptionist is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with basic office management procedures
