We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) to join our team of excellent clinicians. This is an independent contractor position in which the therapist is paid a flat rate per appointment. Positive Living provides everything the therapist may need, including a fully furnished office, access to therapy notes, administrative support, etc. We also provide funding and resources for marketing and networking efforts (SEO, social media marketing, networking events, etc.) but we ask that the therapist is committed to collaborating with us to build their own caseload. This includings participating in staff meetings, creating videos to use on social media, attending networking events, and connecting with referral sources. This position does require caseload building, but we are looking for someone who is willing to put in the effort to grow with us and eventually have a full caseload (15-30 sessions per week). Our current LMFT has several couples she will be transitioning to the new therapist, so they will have an initial caseload to work with.
