Duties:
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and handling data entry
- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and generate reports as needed
- Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, career development, and succession planning
- Assist with organization design projects to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the company
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict management and resolution
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Business Administration and / or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 years in HR and Recruiting
- Proven experience in an administrative role within Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Paycor, ADP)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,494.00 - $46,213.00 per year
