The SFK Production Team specializes in the preparation of specialty items for all Spinato's locations, as well as Spinato's desserts from scratch. Must be able to bake, which involves understanding how ingredients come together and how flavors taste and blend. The job also requires attention to detail, from preparing recipes to ordering ingredients and supplies. Must also be trained in safe food handling and sanitation standards. Must be able to multitask, work independently, and have knowledge of pastry techniques and knife skills.
The ideal applicant will have 1-3 years relevant professional experience in creating and preparing recipes within a restaurant, catering/and or retail facility. They must be able to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining the quality of the product.
