The Administrative Clerk is responsible for handling a wide variety of clerical and administrative duties to support the administration office & clinics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Performs a variety of administrative/clerical work including preparing and word processing correspondence, forms, and reports; proofreads materials for accuracy, completeness, correct formatting, and correct English usage, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
- Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail.
- Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
- Supports various departments, as directed by the Supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
- Administrative experience required, including the use of standard office equipment.
- Experience in business letter writing and the standard format for reports and correspondence required.
- Savvy using Microsoft Office Suite required (including Word and Excel)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required.
- Techniques for providing a high-level of customer service to the public and staff, in person and over the phone.
- Perform responsible reception, administrative, and clerical support work with accuracy.
- Enter and retrieve data from a computer with sufficient speed and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
