We are a Japanese/French Patisserie by day and Dessert Bar by night and are looking for a barista/server to start immediately! We're looking for candidates who are flexible with open minimum 3 days a week availability (at least 1 day must be Fri/Sat with at least 1 night shift), a good team player, and positive.
Barista experience of 1 year required. The candidate will be trained first as a server and then barista. The positions are interchangeable.
Responsibilities will include:
- Opening/Closing the store
- Great customer service
- 1 year barista experience with a manual machine (we use a La Marzocco Espresso Machine)
- Prepare drinks based on Fouet recipes
- Experience in a fast paced environment (packing take out/to go orders and serving in-store customers)
- Fast learner, being able to use the POS system, and pack up to-go orders
- Requires POS/Cashier and serving responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills with team and customers
- Comply with health and safety regulations
