1. Assumes total responsibility for coordinating all aspects of special events.
a) Builds relationships with clients and guests.
b) Prepared and at events for appropriate amount of time.
c) Coordinates menu specifications with the Executive Chef.
d) Coordinates deliveries with the Warehouse Manager.
e) Coordinates room specifications with the Event Design Manager.
f) Coordinates itineraries with Event Captains.
g) Monitors menu specifications.
h) Accounts for event ambiance and room specifications.
i) Acts as facility liaison for event guests.
j) Solicits feedback from guests and staff.
k) Responds to after event forms.
