Warehouse Manager

WAREHOUSE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Track and Receive shipments from assigned accounts, log in & maintain inventory through audits.
- Operate a forklift safely & efficiently, maintain required certification, perform vehicle safety checks & report discrepancies to supervisor
- Pulling, filling, packing & setting up orders for delivery or pickup
- Prepares required documentation
- Coordinates the release of goods with carriers.
- Assists in solving inter-company & vendor accounting issues
- Manage day-to-day inbound warehouse operations, including: trailer management, unloading, check-in, put-away and location maintenance.
- Lead and develop warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in daily operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual is preferred
- High School Diploma, secondary school completion or equivalent
- 3 years warehouse experience, with supervisory experience in a high volume, fast paced distribution operation
- MUST provide work references that can back up his experience
- MUST be able to communicate well & efficiently (spoken & written)
- MUST be able to demonstrate ability to create & handle paperwork
- MUST be able to use computer well & able to type
- MUST possess critical thinking skills & be able to prioritize
- MUST be self-motivated * able to work with minimal supervision
- MUST be able to work well under pressure

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
