Job Summary:
The Operations Support Specialist will provide daily support to the Operations Department. Responsible for supporting the plumbing crews and managing information between the crews, warranty customers, builders and the construction department. In addition to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in the job management system.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with PBI plumbers, warranty customers, builders, and managers to resolve plumbing issues through phone calls and emails.
- Support field crews providing information, transcribing notes, and managing working schedules.
- Manage schedules ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Document, maintain up to date, and record files in the job management system.
· Review materials requests and work with other departments to confirm materials availability according to working schedules/agendas.
· Create and schedule work orders.
· Determine urgency of requests and address them effectively with crews to fulfill the needs until issue is fully resolved.
·Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow. Cross train and support the overall daily operations of the department.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Proficient with computers. Skilled typing approximately 50wpm.
· Sense of urgency.
· Prepare, read and comprehend a variety of job related forms, reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
· Excellent time management skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
· Dispatcher experience preferred.
· Construction or plumbing industry knowledge and experience preferred but not required.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Moving, carrying and lifting equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Positions self to install equipment or to organize supplies. Moving throughout the building to perform daily tasks. Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
